I had a smooth time checking out on bonafidemasks.com. The cart was easy to follow, the payment step was straightforward, and I got my order confirmation right away, which I always appreciate.

The only thing I’d improve is making the shipping options a bit clearer earlier in the process instead of closer to the end. Overall though, it was a solid experience and I didn’t run into any real problems

The mask itself fit well, so no real complaints there, but the headbands were just okay for me. After wearing it for a while, they started to feel a little too tight, especially around the back of my head, behind my ears, and kind of where the band sits if you’re wearing it for more than a quick trip. It’s not like they were painful or impossible to use, just not the most comfortable if you’re wearing it at work, running errands, traveling, sitting in a waiting room, or anything that takes more than a short amount of time...

Am I the only one who couldn’t wear these for long? They started hurting behind my ears quickly and felt kind of stiff on my face. I kept messing with the mask all day at work trying to get it comfortable, but it just wasn’t happening. Not really for me

The tracking was basically useless, no question about it. It barely updated at all, and the delivery date kept getting pushed back like it was never going to show up. I had to keep checking on it myself, which was super annoying. Definitely not a smooth delivery experience.

I reached out about my order the response time was way slower than what I’m used to from other companies. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt brief and didn’t really solve the issue. Compared to other places that at least try to explain or help properly, this was frustrating

I tried using the promo code and it looked fine at first, but then the discount just disappeared at checkout. Annoying, honestly. It feels like it only works when it wants to.

I ordered from Bona Fide Masks i’m kind of annoyed with how much I ended up paying. The masks themselves were fine, I guess, but nothing special at all. For the price, I expected them to feel a little more worth it. Then once shipping got added on, it just felt ridiculous for what are basically regular masks. I’ve bought similar ones elsewhere for less, so I really don’t see the value here. Probably not ordering again

The fit was kind of inconsistent for me though. A couple of the masks were comfortable, but others had ear loops that tugged more than I’d like, which got annoying after wearing them for a while.
Shipping was fine and everything arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. I might order again if I really need to, but if the fit and quality stay this hit or miss, I’d probably start looking somewhere else

I ordered from Bona Fide Masks a while back, maybe late last month or early this month, thinking it would be straightforward. But the sizing options ended up being really disappointing. There just wasn’t enough clear guidance for different face sizes, and once I tried the mask on, the fit felt wrong almost immediately.

With masks, sizing makes a huge difference. Mine somehow felt too tight in certain spots but loose in others, which made it annoying to wear. I really wish they offered more size choices or at least better info before checkout. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

The masks themselves seem fine, I guess, but the selection is thin. I was hoping for more colors and different styles, but the whole lineup felt kind of like a little mask pile more than an actual selection. Didn’t end up finding what I needed.

The nose wire is okay, but not great. It does the job enough to use, though I kind of felt trapped with it because it didn’t adjust as comfortably as I hoped. Not terrible, just average.

The masks look legit to me, and the packaging checked out from what I could tell!! They fit fine too, no real issues there. I’m giving it 3 stars though because the delivery updates were kinda slow??? And customer service was just... alright. Not terrible, not amazing!!

I really wanted these masks to work out, but give me a break, they were so stuffy. After just a few minutes, my face felt hot and I kept having to pull the mask away just to get a decent breath.
They might filter well, who knows, but I can’t see myself wearing these for work, errands, or really anything longer than a quick minute. Just uncomfortable and not breathable enough for me, so I wouldn’t buy them again.
